近年来,泾源县在有关部门的大力支持下,采取了一系列措施,以小流域为单元进行了综合治理,并取得了不错的成效。主要经验是:领导重视,典型带动,加强水土保持工作;因地制宜,分类指导,建立土石山区的开发治理模式;组建专职技术队伍,加强对小流域综合治理的服务;实行项目捆绑,突出实施效益;提高管理水平,依法管护,巩固治理成果等。
