急性化脓性扁桃体炎是常见多发病,全身和局部症状较重。如不及时控制易引起各种并发症。全身应用抗生素治疗时疗程长,且大多需住院治疗,经济负担较重。我院用庆大霉素混合液局部封闭治疗了257例患者取得良好效果。现报告如下。临床资料257例急性化脓性扁体炎患者中男174例,女83例,最大年龄52岁,最小年龄6岁。取庆大霉素注射液4万 u,地塞米松注射液5mg,2%利多卡因2ml。将三种药液抽入5ml 注射器内。用扁桃体麻醉针或7号封闭用长针头由舌腭外侧以15°角进针刺入粘膜下,每侧推药2～3ml,使药液呈扇形
