中国特色社会主义文化建设和发展是落实科学发展观、实现中国经济社会发展方式转型的非常关键的一步。现阶段中国的文化建设面临诸多新形势、新情况和新问题,需要我们站在新的历史高度,充分认识社会主义文化建设的重要意义,清醒看待维护我国文化安全所面临的挑战和困难,准确把握社会主义文化建设在生产力层面、生产关系层面和意识形态层面的战略地位,认真解决当前文化体制改革中的矛盾和问题,努力实现建设社会主义文化强国的宏伟目标。
The construction and development of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics is a very crucial step in implementing the scientific concept of development and realizing the transformation of the mode of economic and social development in China.
