大兴安岭地区行政公署,各市、县人民政府,省政府各直属单位:现将《国务院办公厅关于认真做好城镇房屋拆迁工作维护社会稳定的紧急通知》(国办发明电[2003]42号)转发给你们,并结合我省实际提出如下意见,请一并认真贯彻执行。一、各级政府、各有关单位要认真学习和贯彻通知精神,把认真做好城镇房屋拆迁工作与维护社会稳定紧密结合起来,作为贯彻落实“三个代表”重要思想的一项重要的具体的工作来抓,列入重要工作议事日程,实行市、县政府首长负责制,切实抓好抓实。
