国际石油价格的暴涨暴跌已经使得许多石油消费国家的经济雪上加霜。第四次石油危机魅影若隐若现,全世界最有权势的人们开始聚集在沙特阿拉伯,除了相互攻击、推诿、埋怨、指责,这些国家的领导人们不得不绞尽脑汁谋对策。
The soaring international plunge in oil prices has made the economy of many oil-consuming countries worse. The fourth phantom of the oil crisis looming, the world’s most powerful people began to gather in Saudi Arabia, in addition to mutual attacks, prevarication, blame, accusations, the leaders of these countries have to rack their brains to countermeasures.
