1839年Stafford 报告了第1例前列腺肉瘤,迄今文献上报道不多,国内罕见,本文报告2例前列腺胚胎性横纹肌肉瘤。病例报告例1 1岁半。4月前出现发热,原因不明,并有排尿和排便困难,经抗生素和对症治疗后好转,但10d 后又出现同样症状,经再次治疗后症状减轻。40d 前发现下腹部有一个拳大肿物,生长迅速,排尿和排便困难加重。腹部B 超检查:左肾10cm×4.5cm×4.5cm,肾盂光带消失,呈现巨大液性暗区。右肾8cm×3cm×3cm,肾盂光带轻度分离。下腹部探及
Stafford reported the first case of prostate sarcoma in 1839, reported little literature so far, rare in China, this article reports 2 cases of prostatic embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma. Case Report 1 1 and a half years old. 4 months ago, fever, unexplained, and urination and defecation difficulties, improved by antibiotics and symptomatic treatment, but after 10d again the same symptoms, after re-treatment of symptoms reduced. Found 40d before the lower abdomen has a big fist, rapid growth, urination and defecation increased difficulty. Abdominal B-ultrasound: left kidney 10cm × 4.5cm × 4.5cm, disappeared with a light baritoneum, showing a huge liquid dark area.
