本文提出要适应社会的发展,档案工作必须创新,创新不仅是时代对档案工作的要求,更是档案工作自身发展的需要。文章提出了档案工作创新的方式、方法和途径。
This paper proposes that to adapt to the development of society, the work of archives must be innovated. The innovation is not only the requirement of the archives work of the times but also the need of the archives work itself. The article puts forward the ways, methods and ways of archives innovation.
