俗话说:“人老腿先老”,双腿锻炼对身体素质的提高至关重要。通常人们以压腿、慢跑、跳跃、蹲起等方法对双腿进行训练,以提高腿部力量。但是,这些方法缺乏系统性,因此,运动医学家为了提高训练质量,经过反复研究,提出一套30分钟健腿操。整套操分6节,每节5分钟,总共30分钟。这套操做起来,既轻松,又活泼。当然,这套操,不能只做上一两周就停下来,只有“持之以恒”,才能收到效果。
