利用计算机软件BISAR3.0,计算在不同的荷载水平以及超载程度对沥青路面纵横方向的形变程度、路基表面所受压强以及半刚性路面应力应面关系。通过大量的数据运算以及力学分析,得出以下结论:超载程度不同对沥青混凝土半刚性路面结构力学的响应程度是不同的。在汽车超载的情况下,基层和面层之间剪应力会超过沥青路面的限值,基层与面层之间出现了剪切滑移。从而加剧了对路面的损坏。基于以上结论,除了在建设沥青公路时要保证基层与面层的接触良好,更要公路建好后做好车辆限载工作。
Computer software BISAR3.0 was used to calculate the degree of deformation of vertical and horizontal asphalt pavement under different load levels and overloading, the pressure on the subgrade surface and the stress of semi-rigid pavement. Through a large number of data operations and mechanical analysis, the following conclusions are drawn: Different degrees of overloading affect the mechanical response of semi-rigid pavement structure of asphalt concrete to varying degrees. In the case of vehicle overloading, the shear stress between the base and the surface layer exceeds the limit of the asphalt pavement, and shear slip occurs between the base and the surface layer. Thus aggravating the damage to the pavement. Based on the above conclusions, in addition to the construction of asphalt roads to ensure that the grassroots level contact with the surface layer, but also to build a good road vehicle load limit work.
