不久前,证监会公布了《关于规范上市公司重大购买或出售资产行为的通知》,规范重组行为的同时,进一步放宽了上市公司再融资条件,之后不久,以 ST 海洋、ST 九州、ST 安达为代表的 ST 板块相继走出了一波行情。ST 股票的操作难度大,一般投资者往往望而却步,但是它们的股性较为活跃,是短线高手获取利润的天堂,希望这篇文章能给激进型的投资者一些启发。本文并不是提倡投资人操作 ST 个股,仅是作为特殊板块进行研究。
