金针菇营养丰富,颇为畅销。一般是用熟料瓶栽法,工艺复杂,耗能多,成本高,产量低。也有用大床栽培,但占地多,易污染,技术难度大。为此,笔者于1985～86年冬春进行了棉籽壳生料箱栽试验,获得了可喜效果,现将栽培工艺概述如下。
Flammulina nutrient-rich, quite popular. Generally use clinker bottle planting method, process complexity, energy consumption, high cost, low yield. Also useful to bed cultivation, but covers an area more easily contaminated, technical difficulty. To this end, the author conducted a test of cottonseed shell raw material box in the winter and spring of 1985 ~ 86, obtained gratifying results, now the cultivation process is summarized as follows.
