探讨了以柠檬酸(CTR)作交联剂对聚酰胺纤维进行环糊精(CDs)整理,CTR和CDs反应生成交联接枝聚合物。该聚合物物理粘附于纤维网络中,对热水洗涤具有很好的稳定性。用极性溶液测试了纤维与其之间的接触角,研究了不同接枝率下聚酰胺纤维的润湿滞后现象,采用Digidrop装置观察改性织物表面液滴的形状研究了其吸湿性。通过测试不同接枝率下改性织物的拉伸断裂强力(织物强力仪),研究了改性工艺对聚酰胺织物机械性能的影响;通过原子力显微镜(AFM和LFM接触与非接触形式)对改性纤维表面的粗糙度和化学组分进行了表征和分析。
Cyclodextrin (CDs) finishing with citric acid (CTR) as crosslinking agent and the reaction of CTR and CDs to produce crosslinked graft polymers were discussed. The polymer physically adheres to the fiber network and has good stability to hot water washing. The contact angle between the fiber and the fiber was tested by using the polar solution. The wetting lag of the polyamide fiber under different grafting ratio was investigated. The droplet shape on the surface of the modified fabric was observed by Digidrop apparatus. The influence of the modification process on the mechanical properties of the polyamide fabric was studied by testing the tensile breaking strength (fabric strength tester) of the modified fabrics under different grafting rates. The effect of the modification process on the mechanical properties of the polyamide fabrics was studied. Atomic force microscopy (AFM and LFM contact and non-contact) The fiber surface roughness and chemical composition were characterized and analyzed.
