成团泛菌(Pantoe agglomerans)Ljb-2是从番茄生境中分离得到的对番茄黄化曲叶病毒病(tomato yellow leaf curl virus disease,TYLCD)具有较好防效的拮抗细菌,其对温室中番茄感病品种‘格瑞斯’TYLCD的防控效果为49.77%。2012年4—8月在连云港进行的田间试验结果表明,该菌株在田间条件下对感病品种‘格瑞斯’TYLCD的防效达到57.12%。2012年7—12月,将该菌株进行田间防治试验,结果表明,番茄移栽60 d时,Ljb-2对番茄中抗品种‘迪芬妮’TYLCD的防效达到45.26%。同时,用Ljb-2处理番茄植株后,能显著增加叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b及总叶绿素含量,提高果实中维生素C、可溶性糖、可滴定酸含量及糖酸比,对果实品质具有明显的改善作用。此外,对番茄的增产效果达到20.05%。
Pantoea agglomerans Ljb-2 is an antagonistic bacterium isolated from tomato habitat and has good control effect on tomato yellow leaf curl virus disease (TYLCD) The control effect of the tomato susceptible cultivar ’Grace’ TYLCD was 49.77%. The field trial conducted in Lianyungang from April to August in 2012 showed that the strain had 57.12% control effect on the susceptible cultivar ’Grace’ TYLCD under field conditions. The strain was tested for field control from July to December in 2012. The results showed that Ljb-2 had a 45.26% control effect on the tomato variety “Di Fenni” TYLCD 60 days after transplanting. At the same time, treatment of tomato plants with Ljb-2 significantly increased the content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll, and increased the content of vitamin C, soluble sugar, titratable acid and sugar-acid ratio in fruit, and significantly improved the fruit quality effect. In addition, the tomato yield increase reached 20.05%.
