“校长的成长路径与职业发展”征文去年国庆长假,我和大学同学聚会上海师范大学,这是毕业25年来第一次有这么多同学回母校相聚。我发现,班级四十多个同学中,目前仍在基础教育岗位的几乎只有十分之一了。而当大家得知我毕业后始终坚守在中学岗位,并且干得那样有滋有味时,都不时投来赞叹的目光,赞赏我对事业的执著和目标的始终如一。我想,这或许就是我取得成功的一个重要原因吧。25年,寒来暑往,我从一个对教育很生疏的新教师成长为区十佳青年
“The growth path and professional development of the principal ” Essay Last year’s National Day holiday, I and the university classmates met at Shanghai Normal University, this is the first time in 25 years since graduation that so many students returned to their alma mater. I found that of the more than forty classmates in the class, only one-tenth of the basic education jobs are still in place. When everyone learned that I had been sticking to my middle school post after graduation, and had done so amiably, I had been greeted with admiration from time to time and appreciated my dedication to the cause and the goal. I think this may be an important reason for my success. In the past 25 years, I have grown from a new teacher who is very unfamiliar with education to the top ten young people in the region.
