以高速钢为基体材料,研究了Ni-B复合镀层制备工艺,利用扫描电镜及能谱分析、X射线衍射等手段,分析了Ni-B镀层的结构,观察了镀层表面形貌。经过不同温度的热处理,利用微动摩擦磨损试验机评价了化学镀层的耐磨性能。实验结果表明:该工艺得到的Ni-B复合镀层表面光亮、镀层均匀、为晶态结构,镀层结合力良好。经过试验可知,300℃热处理的镀层显微硬度最高,400℃热处理的镀层耐磨性能最好。
The preparation process of Ni-B composite coating was studied by using high-speed steel as substrate. The structure of Ni-B coating was analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The surface morphology of coating was observed. After the heat treatment at different temperatures, the wear resistance of the electroless coating was evaluated by using the fretting friction and wear tester. The experimental results show that the surface of the Ni-B composite coating obtained by the process is bright, the coating layer is uniform and the crystal structure is formed, and the bonding strength of the coating layer is good. After tests we can see that 300 ℃ heat treatment of the coating the highest microhardness, 400 ℃ heat treatment coating the best wear resistance.
