以引进的技术进行产业跟踪,是技术追赶时期的一种重要选择,它的重要意义是提供了一次次的学习过程,为技术跨越创造条件。所谓跨越,就是在产业跟踪中,强化自主创新能力,抓住时机,瞄准新一代产品,以自己的技术实现产业化,在这个领域实现超越。日本和韩国在这方面做得比较成功。依赖引进技术的产业跟踪具有依附性,这种依附性决定如果不能实现跨越,就永远不可能成为领先者。实践
