众所周知,楼面产生裂缝的原因是比较的复杂的,与建筑材料及室外的温度有着比较密切的联系。但是目前我们对于楼面的裂缝没有足够的重视,从而导致钢筋混凝土的面板出新裂缝,目前这已经是相对比较难以解决的建筑质量方面的问题,目前因为建筑的楼面出现裂缝导致纠纷、投诉以及索赔的现象时有发生。本文以我们在施工过程当中的经验,以求从施工的角度来对于现场楼面裂缝的原因以及治理的措施进行阐述。
As we all know, the reasons for cracks in the floor is more complex, with the building materials and outdoor temperature has a relatively close contact. However, at present, we do not pay enough attention to the crack in the floor, which leads to a new crack in the surface of the reinforced concrete. At present, this is already a relatively difficult problem to be solved in the quality of the building. Currently, disputes arise due to cracks in the building’s floor. And the phenomenon of claims occurred from time to time. Based on our experience in the construction process, this paper elaborates on the causes of site floor cracks and the management measures from the perspective of construction.
