The Xiangtan Concrete Products Factory transships hollow slabs on open-air production lines. In the past, it used a “lever car.” This kind of car has the same weight as the arm and three people. It needs more than 100 kilograms of pressure to raise one end of the hollow plate, and then hang it on the other end. It can only be carried away. The balance condition is poor, and it is laborious and inefficient. Under the encouragement of the party’s top ten spirits, the tower crane driver of the plant was innovated as a “balance car” after more than one month of hard testing (Figure 1 and Table 1). This kind of car has a power arm of 2.3 meters and a maximum weight of 0.3 meters.
