从我国高等级公路半刚性路面的早期破坏形式入手,分析了半刚性路面早期破坏的原因,由此提出了解决半刚性路面早期破坏的根本性措施——采用沥青稳定碎石基层,改善路面结构组合。通过对国外主要国家路面结构组合设计的分析,给出了我国3种柔性路面结构组合,并给出了我国沥青稳定碎石基层马歇尔配合比设计标准和密级配沥青碎石级配范围的建议。
Beginning with the early damage form of semi-rigid pavement of high-grade highway in our country, the causes of early failure of semi-rigid pavement are analyzed. The fundamental measures to solve the early damage of semi-rigid pavement are put forward, which is to improve the pavement structure by using asphalt stabilized gravel base combination. Based on the analysis of pavement structure design of major foreign countries, three kinds of flexible pavement structure combinations in China are given. The design criteria of Marshallian mix ratio of asphalt stabilized gravel base and grading range of dense graded asphalt pavement are also given.
