采用不作凝固的手术方法治疗裂孔性视网膜脱离10例,全部病例用硅胶海绵作巩膜外蛰压。其中一例放出视网膜下积液。除一例因缝线松脱,垫压物移位而失败外,其余一次治愈。随访平均20个月,未复发。本术式的优点是①简化手术步骤,缩短手术时间。②避免热凝引起的巩膜坏死,有利再手术。③术毕玻璃体、视网膜等组织反应轻,术后无明显视网膜、脉络膜萎缩,避免了永久性视机能障碍。④术后色素膜及外眼反应轻,病人痛苦小。此外,对本法适应证和作用机制作了初步讨论。
10 cases were treated with non-coagulation method for the treatment of retinal detachment. All the cases were treated with silicone sponge for posterior scleral buckling. One case of subretinal fluid was released. In addition to a case due to the release of sutures, padded displacement failed, the other one cured. The average follow-up of 20 months, no recurrence. The advantages of this procedure is to simplify the surgical procedures and shorten the operation time. ② avoid scleral necrosis caused by thermal coagulation, favorable re-operation. ③ surgery after vitreous, retinal and other tissue reactions, no obvious postoperative retinal, choroidal atrophy, to avoid permanent visual impairment. ④ postoperative pigmentation and external reaction light, the patient suffering little. In addition, preliminary discussions on the indications and mechanisms of action in this law were made.
