我局地处北部山区,共有正式职工850人,其中“文化革命”以来参加工作的713人,占职工总数的84%;35岁以下的青壮年603人,占职工总数的71%。我局从1979年4月开始抓职工教育工作。三年多来,我们一方面坚持狠抓全员业余学习,一方面抓县局职工学校的脱产培训,从未间断。全员入学率达91%,职工业余学习时数平均达500小时。我们先后办了14期业务、文化训练班,对357名业务骨干进行脱产轮训,平均每个学员在校学习时间为55天。由于长年坚持职工教育,职工队伍的精神面貌发生了很大变化,业务技术,文化水平有了明显提高,企业的经营管理得到进一步改善,1980、1981两年被评为北京市和延庆县职工教育工作先进单位。
Our bureau is located in the northern mountainous area, a total of 850 formal employees, including “cultural revolution” since the work of 713 people, accounting for 84% of the total number of employees; 603 young and middle-aged under the age of 603, accounting for 71% of the total number of employees. Due to the long-term adherence to staff education, the mental outlook of the workforce has undergone great changes, business technology and cultural level has been significantly improved, business management has been further improved in 1980 and 1981 was named Beijing and Yanqing County workers Education advanced unit.
