在烟囱筒身使用阶段的应力计算中,必须考虑温度应力。目前国内多参照1965年北京市土建技术交流会出版的〈烟囱烟道设计手册〉(以下简称〈65手册〉)中有关公式及图表进行,而这些资料系引自苏联1962年出版的〈钢筋混凝土烟囟设计导则〉(以下简称〈62导则〉)。上述方法虽考虑了温度应力衰减、裂缝间受拉混凝土的工作、混凝土弹塑性模量及高高温对材料性质的影响等因素,但计算甚烦。特别是在温差及温差和拉力共同作用下的钢筋拉应力计算,为求算一个误差为5%左右的应力值,需要进行多次冗长的循环运算。为此,本文提出一个运算简单的又足够精确的计算方法。此外,还指出了苏联方法存在的一些缺点和改进建议。
In the calculation of stress during the use of the chimney tube, temperature stress must be taken into account. At present, most of the domestic references are based on formulae and diagrams in the Chimney Flue Design Manual (hereinafter referred to as <65 manuals) published by the Beijing Municipal Civil Engineering and Technology Exchange Conference in 1965, and these materials are quoted in the Soviet Union published in 1962. Smoke Dust Design Guidelines (hereinafter referred to as “62 Guidelines”). Although the above method considers the factors such as temperature stress attenuation, the work of cracked concrete, the elasto-plastic modulus of concrete, and the influence of high and high temperature on the material properties, the calculation is very annoying. Especially in the calculation of tensile stress of steel bars under the influence of temperature difference, temperature difference and pulling force, in order to calculate a stress value with an error of about 5%, multiple lengthy cycle calculations are required. For this reason, this paper proposes a calculation method that is simple and accurate enough. In addition, it also pointed out some shortcomings and suggestions for improvement in the Soviet method.
