目的探讨中西医结合治疗老年人慢性胰腺炎的疗效和安全性。方法回顾分析2006-07-2010-06收治48例老年人慢性胰腺炎患者采用中西医结合的方法进行治疗临床资料。结果 48例老年人慢性胰腺炎患者经过3个月治疗后,显效29例(60.4%),有效13例(27.1%),无效6例(12.5%),总有效率87.5%,未见明显不良反应。结论采用中西医结合治疗老年人慢性胰腺炎效果良好。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic pancreatitis in the elderly. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 48 patients with chronic pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from July 2006 to June 2010 with integrative medicine. Results In 48 elderly patients with chronic pancreatitis, 29 cases (60.4%) were cured after effective treatment for 3 months, 13 (27.1%) were effective, 6 (12.5%) were ineffective and the total effective rate was 87.5% reaction. Conclusion Integrative treatment of chronic pancreatitis in elderly patients with good results.
