Edler 等应用超声探查心脏,首先提出了二尖瓣狭窄时二尖瓣前叶呈城垛(平顶)样回声,大量工作证明超声心动图对诊断二尖瓣狭窄是敏感而特异的方法。本文分析了我院50例二尖瓣狭窄病人超声心动图某些参数变化的意义。

Edler and other applications of ultrasound to probe the heart, mitral stenosis was first proposed when the anterior mitral mitral arch (flat-top) like echo, a lot of work shows that echocardiography is a sensitive and specific method for the diagnosis of mitral stenosis. This article analyzes the 50 cases of mitral stenosis in our hospital echocardiographic parameters of some of the significance.
