一、精心设计,激发兴趣进入初中阶段,学科增加,随之而来的是各种作业和训练负担的加重,学生常常为完成固定的作业内容耗费了大量的时间和精力。并且由于很多作业形式单一、内容枯燥无味,久而久之学生便产生一种厌倦心理,做作业只是为了交差,失去了学习兴趣,更谈不上能力的培养和知识的创新。要改变这种状况,就要求教师认真钻研教法,精心设计、合理地筛选作业,多选那些知识性强,又符合学生年龄特
