采用文献资料、逻辑论证等研究方法,运用身份协商理论分析了信息技术时代下体育教师传统身份所面临的困境,并就如何应对困境提出了对策。研究发现,信息技术的应用与发展让体育教师的传统身份岌岌可危,主要表现在体育教育文化变迁导致的体育教师身份危机和体育教师教学实践体验到的身份尴尬。根据身份协商理论,体育教师需要从觉察力、身份认识、协商技巧3个方面通过身份协商来应对当前困境,满足信息技术时代寄予体育教师的身份期待。
This paper analyzes the predicament of the traditional identity of PE teachers under the age of information technology by means of literature review and logical argumentation, and puts forward countermeasures to deal with the predicaments. The study found that the application and development of information technology put the traditional identity of PE teachers in danger, mainly because of the identity crisis of physical education teachers and the awkward identity experienced by physical education teachers. According to the theory of identity consultation, physical education teachers need to deal with the current predicament from three aspects of awareness, identity and negotiation skills through identity negotiation, and satisfy the expectation of physical education teachers placed in the information technology era.
