利用数值模拟软件ANSYS-CFX对带钢连续退火炉不同冷却气体的流速、不同喷嘴的倾角、间距及个数情况下冷却气体的流场和传热特性进行模拟,模型建立和网格的划分采用ICEM-CFD,以常温下空气为工作介质,计算结果表明喷嘴的最佳结构为入射角30°,间距为6mm。同时为使试样宽度方向的冷却均匀,采用间距为130mm的两对喷嘴,由于上喷流的形成,采用两对喷嘴的换热系数分布更均匀。计算结果为喷嘴的设计提供理论指导。
The numerical simulation software ANSYS-CFX was used to simulate the flow field and heat transfer characteristics of the cooling gas under different cooling gas flow rates, different nozzles’ inclination, pitch and number in the continuous annealing furnace of strip steel. The model was established and the grid was divided ICEM-CFD, air at room temperature as the working medium, the calculation results show that the best nozzle structure for the incident angle of 30 °, the spacing of 6mm. At the same time, in order to make the width direction of the sample uniform cooling, the use of two pairs of nozzles at a pitch of 130mm, due to the formation of the jet, using two pairs of nozzle heat transfer coefficient distribution more evenly. The calculation results provide theoretical guidance for the nozzle design.
