目的研究探讨不同遗传学分析方法对诊断自然流产组织产生原因的应用效果。方法选择广西壮族自治区妇幼保健院2014年9月至2014年11月收治的自然流产患者42例为研究对象。所有研究对象均采用染色体核型分析和SNP Array检测分析方法,比较分析结果。结果两种不同遗传分析方法能够诊断出自然流产41例,使用染色体核型分析成功37例,绒毛细胞培养染色体核型分析成功34例,染色体核型分析准确成功率为88%,绒毛细胞培养染色体核型分析成功诊断率为80.9%;两种遗传分析方法同时应用于自然流产原因诊断中,诊断准确率提高到97.6%。结论 SNP Array检测方法分析具有可行性。两种遗传学检测方法比较,染色体核型分析诊断概率比较高。在临床诊断的过程中,两种遗传检测方法结合使用,大大提高了自然流产原因的诊断准确率。
Objective To study the application of different genetic analysis methods to diagnose the causes of spontaneous abortion. Methods 42 cases of spontaneous abortion were selected from MCH hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from September 2014 to November 2014 as research object. All subjects used chromosome karyotype analysis and SNP Array detection and analysis methods, comparative analysis of the results. Results Two different genetic analysis methods were able to diagnose spontaneous abortion in 41 cases, 37 cases were successfully analyzed by chromosome karyotype, 34 cases were successfully analyzed by karyotype analysis of villus cells, and the exact success rate was 88% by chromosome karyotype analysis. Chromosome The successful diagnosis rate of karyotype analysis was 80.9%. Both genetic analysis methods were applied in the diagnosis of spontaneous abortion at the same time, and the accuracy of diagnosis was improved to 97.6%. Conclusion SNP Array detection method is feasible. Comparison of two genetic testing methods, karyotype analysis of the diagnosis of high probability. In the clinical diagnosis process, the combination of two genetic testing methods, greatly improving the diagnostic accuracy of the causes of spontaneous abortion.
