当前,基础教育正实行从应试教育向素质教育的转轨。这是教育改革的核心内容,是关系到党的教育方针能否真正落实的重大问题。需要我们全体教育工作者,从学校教育的每一个环节上去作一番认真的改革,除旧布新,以适应素质教育的要求。 理论上,人们都懂得:课外活动是整个教育体系中的一个组成部分。是培养学生全面发展的重要途径。
At present, basic education is carrying out the transition from exam-oriented education to quality-oriented education. This is the core content of education reform and a major issue that concerns whether the party's education policy can really be implemented. We need all our educators to carry out some serious reforms from every aspect of our school education except for the new ones so as to meet the requirements of quality education. In theory, it is understood that extra-curricular activities are an integral part of the overall education system. It is an important way to train all-round development of students.
