本文介绍了一种测量制成管的管内真空度的方法。它适用于具有四个电极以上的间热式电子管,能方便地、大量地测量制成管的管内真空度。这种方法采用离阴极较远的电极来收集离子流,从而显著地减少了杂散电流的干扰。文中提出了一个简单适用的电路来稳定测量时的电子流。 利用这个方法对16组(每组10个)不同工艺过程的 6J1管进行了静态和准动态测量。测量结果表明:6J1管排气后真空度为10~-4乇量级;烤消后为10~-5乇量级;老炼后为10-~6乇量级;长炼后进入10~7乇量级;只进行烤消及闪炼,不进行老炼的管子真空度较差;“快速烤消老炼”的管子其真空度与正常老炼的管子真空度不相上下。
This article describes a method of measuring the degree of vacuum in a tube made into a tube. It is suitable for use with more than four electrodes on the thermal tube, can easily and in large quantities to measure the tube vacuum tube. This method uses the electrode farther from the cathode to collect the ion flux, thereby significantly reducing the interference of stray currents. In this paper, a simple and suitable circuit is proposed to stabilize the electron flow during measurement. Using this method, static and quasi-dynamic measurements were performed on 6 J1 tubes in 16 different groups (10 in each group). The results show that the vacuum degree of the 6J1 tube is 10 ~ -4 Torr after degassing, 10 ~ -5 Torr after roasting, 10 ~ 6 Torr after aging, 10 ~ 7 torr order; only roasted and flashing, the aging of the vacuum tube is poor; “fast roasting and refining” tube vacuum degree of vacuum with the normal aging comparable.
