全国推动中小企业发展工作领导小组最近在全国中小企业工作会议上提出了近期中小企业工作的指导思想:以党的五中全会和中央经济工作会议精神为指导,认真贯彻落实《关于鼓励和促进小企业发展的若干政策意见》,切实加强组织领导,在规范企业改制、完善信用担保体系、拓宽融资渠道、开通信息网络、推进信用制度建立及加强企业管理等方面迈出实质性步伐,加快社会化服务体系建设,为城乡各类中小企业创造公平竞争的环境,不断加强中小企业的整体活力。
