随着跨境电商的蓬勃发展,跨境电商专业人才相对紧缺。各地高职院校纷纷设立跨境电商专业,但各高职院校的跨境电商专业设立时间不长,还未形成成熟的跨境电商人才培养模式,对培养学生职业能力、培养学生分析问题和解决问题起重要作用的实践教学体系也还处于探索阶段,本文在分析跨境电商企业人才需求的基础上,从实践教学目标体系、实践教学内容体系、实践教学管理体系、实践教学保障体系、实践教学评价体系等方面提出了实际教学体系的构建。
With the flourishing development of cross-border e-commerce, cross-border e-commerce professionals are relatively scarce. Cross-border e-commerce professionals have been set up in higher vocational colleges all over the country.
