斜井人车是矿山斜井运送人员的重要设备,它结构简单,使用维护方便,机动性强。近年来,随着我国采矿工业的迅速发展,不少矿井普遍采用了水泥轨枕和整体道床(井巷底板全部用水泥浇灌),这就对人车提出了更加严格的要求。原插枕木式的CRX人车(马克尼人车),由于矿井条件改变已不能适应。同时,由于提升能力不断提高,要求人车运行速度加快,避免绞车运人时带电阻运转,因此,需要一种新型安全人车以适应矿山要求。
