目的研究手工清洗消毒和清洗机清洗消毒对感染类呼吸机外管路的清洗消毒效果,为探讨最佳的清洗消毒方案提供依据。方法将2013年1月-2015年1月137件次感染类呼吸机外管路随机分成2组,A组66件次,B组71件次,分别进行手工清洗消毒(A组)和清洗机清洗消毒(B组)处理后做清洁度、干燥度和细菌学检测。结果A、B 2组清洁度分别为100%和95.77%,干燥度均为100%,细菌培养阳性率分别为4.55%和1.41%,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 2种方法对此类管路清洗消毒效果均符合要求,清洗消毒质量可靠,为保证医疗安全和管路保障工作顺利开展,可实行联合清洗消毒。
Objective To study the cleaning and disinfection effects of manual cleaning and disinfecting and cleaning and disinfecting on the outer pipelines of infected ventilator, so as to provide the basis for exploring the best cleaning and disinfecting plan. Methods A total of 137 cases of infected ventilator from January 2013 to January 2015 were randomly divided into two groups, 66 cases in group A and 71 cases in group B, respectively, and hand cleaning and disinfection (group A) and washing machine Clean and disinfect (group B) after treatment to do cleanliness, dryness and bacteriological tests. Results The cleanliness of group A and B 2 were 100% and 95.77% respectively, and the dryness was 100%. The positive rates of bacterial culture were 4.55% and 1.41% respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion The two methods of cleaning and disinfecting the pipelines meet the requirements and the quality of the cleaning and disinfection is reliable. In order to ensure the smooth progress of medical safety and pipeline protection, joint cleaning and disinfection can be implemented.
