采用大剂量维脑路通治疗脑梗塞36例,取得较满意疗效,现报道如下。一、一般资料:本组共治疗脑血栓患者66例,均为住院病人。66例中随机分组,分为治疗组36例,对照组30例。治疗组男24例,女12例,年龄45～81岁,平均63岁;对照组男18例,女12例,年龄40～69岁,平均55.5岁。二、治疗方法:1.治疗组:低分子右旋糖酐500ml加维脑路通800mg 静滴,一日一次,10天为一疗程。2.对照组:低分子右旋糖酐500ml 加维脑路通400mg 静
The use of large doses of Venoruton in the treatment of cerebral infarction in 36 cases, to obtain more satisfactory efficacy, are reported below.
