1病例患者,男,44岁,因头痛、头胀1周,吐词不清、饮水呛咳1 d入院。1周前因极度疲劳起病,出现持续性额颞及枕部胀痛,阵发性加重,伴恶心、呕吐,无发热、咳嗽,有时心慌,无胸闷、呼吸困难。在当地用甘露醇注射头痛可暂时减轻。近1 d出现讲话吐词不清,饮水呛咳,入院前出现四肢抽搐伴意识丧失2次,每次2 min左右,无尿便失禁。既往无特殊病史,多食、消瘦不明显。查体:体温36.8℃,脉搏114次/
A case of patients, male, 44 years old, because of headaches, head swelling for 1 week, spit word unclear, drinking cough 1 d admitted. 1 week ago due to extreme fatigue onset, sustained frontotemporal and occipital pain, paroxysmal agitation, with nausea, vomiting, fever, cough, and sometimes palpitation, no chest tightness, difficulty breathing. Mannitol injection in the local headache can temporarily reduce. Nearly 1 d appeared speech spit words unclear drinking water, cough, convulsions appear with limbs before admission loss of consciousness 2 times, each about 2 min, incontinence without urine. Past no special medical history, eat more, weight loss is not obvious. Physical examination: body temperature 36.8 ℃, pulse 114 times /
