以蒸馏水流过内径分别为168μm和399μm的不锈钢微管,研究了微管壁面温度分布和壁面轴向导热特征.依据微面热成像技术,用红外热像仪获得了恒定雷诺数和不同加热功率下微管壁面温度分布图.用一个简化的数学模型表示了壁面轴向导热和流体对流传热关系.实验和理论分析表明微管内壁面轴向导热量微小,与液体对流换热相比可以忽略.
The temperature distribution and the axial thermal conductivity of the wall of the microtubule were investigated by flowing stainless steel microtubes with inner diameters of 168μm and 399μm, respectively.According to the micro-plane thermography, the constant Reynolds number and heating power The temperature distribution of the microtubule under the wall is shown.A simplified mathematical model is presented to show the relationship between the axial thermal conductivity and the convective heat transfer between the wall.Experimental and theoretical analysis show that the axial heat transfer is negligible compared with the convective heat transfer .
