建立了固相萃取(SPE)-高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析法同时测定芝麻油中芝麻素、芝麻林素和细辛素3种芝麻木脂素化合物含量的方法。采用氨基固相萃取小柱和硅胶固相萃取小柱双柱串联固相萃取技术提取净化样品。本方法的最低检测浓度分别为:芝麻素(0.01mg/g)、芝麻林素(0.02mg/g)和细辛素(0.01mg/g)。标准曲线在1~60μg/mL范围内线性良好,相关系数r=0.9999。芝麻素、芝麻林素和细辛素的平均回收率分别为97.8%、98.1%和98.9%,平均RSD分别为2.24%、2.30%和2.81%,是一种快速、简便、准确和重复性好的木脂素检测方法。检测市售30种压榨芝麻油和10种小磨芝麻油中木脂素的含量发现,压榨芝麻油含量高于小磨芝麻油,细辛素含量最低,与芝麻素成显著负相关(r=-0.391)。
A method for simultaneous determination of sesamin, sesamin and asarumin in sesame oil by solid phase extraction (SPE) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was established. Amino-modified SPE cartridges and silica gel SPE cartridges were used to extract the purified samples. The minimum detectable concentrations of this method were sesamin (0.01 mg / g), sesamin (0.02 mg / g) and asarumin (0.01 mg / g), respectively. The standard curve was linear in the range of 1 ~ 60μg / mL with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.9999. The average recoveries of sesamin, sesamin and asarumin were 97.8%, 98.1% and 98.9%, respectively. The average RSDs were 2.24%, 2.30% and 2.81%, respectively.
