高校思想政治理论课实践教学是高校人才培养的重要环节和重要课题。高校领导和思政课教师作为教学"供给侧",应该具有问题导向意识。基于"供给侧"存在的问题,采取相应的措施,不断改革创新,提升大学生的综合素养和实践能力,最终达到理论与实践的知行合一,实现教学效能度与学生满意度的统一,完成"立德树人""实践育人"的根本任务,培养社会主义的合格建设者和接班人。
