其挑战在于严格的环保要求,而机遇则在于优惠的环保政策循环经济是一种生态经济,它把清洁生产、资源综合利用、生态设计和可持续消费等融为一体,本质上是环保和可持续发展理念的经济实践。目前我国已经出台了系列法律、法规和规章来督促和扶持循环经济。在此环境下,企业的挑战和机遇并存。其挑战在于严格的环保要求,而机遇则在于优惠的环保政策。
The challenge lies in strict environmental protection requirements, and opportunities lie in preferential environmental policies. Circular economy is an ecological economy. It integrates cleaner production, comprehensive utilization of resources, ecological design and sustainable consumption. It is essentially environmentally friendly Economic Development of Sustainable Development. At present, China has issued a series of laws, regulations and rules to supervise and support circular economy. In this environment, the challenges and opportunities for business co-exist. The challenge is the stringent environmental requirements, and the opportunities lie in preferential environmental policies.
