本文研究了LC9超硬铝中三种质点,即析出相质点、杂质相质点和弥散相质点在晶粒细化过程中的作用。研究发现,析出相质点的存在是晶粒细化的关键;细小弥散质点对稳定细晶组织有决定性的作用;粗大杂质相对晶粒细化作用不大。定量金相分析表明,直径大于0.75μm的析出相质点的密度控制着再结晶晶粒的密度,0.75μm为析出相质点激发再结晶形核的临界尺寸。
In this paper, we studied the effect of three kinds of particles in LC9 superhard aluminum, namely, precipitated phase particles, impurity phase particles and dispersed phase particles in grain refinement process. It is found that the existence of precipitated phase particles is the key to the grain refinement. The fine dispersed particles play a decisive role in stabilizing the fine crystalline structure. The coarse grain has little effect on grain refinement. Quantitative metallographic analysis shows that the density of precipitated particles with a diameter larger than 0.75μm controls the density of recrystallized grains and 0.75μm is the critical size of recrystallized nucleation induced by the particle of precipitated phase.
