以刺毛杜鹃花蕾与花为材料,首次采用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱质谱法分析了它们的挥发性成分,讨论了刺毛杜鹃花香成分的变化及给人们的感受。结果表明:从刺毛杜鹃的花蕾和花中共鉴定出23种化合物,6种化合物为共有成分。花蕾期以烯烃类化合物为主,占总量的53.39%;花期以萜类化合物为主,占总量的64.09%。花蕾期含量最高的化合物为1-甲基-5-亚甲基-8(1-甲基乙基)-1,6-环癸二烯-s-(E,E),含量(质量分数)达到39.76%;花期含量最高的化合物为罗勒烯,含量(质量分数)达到36.21%。研究表明,刺毛杜鹃所含的花香成分能给人舒服的感觉,适合园林绿化应用。
In this study, the volatile constituents were analyzed by headspace solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS / MS) for the first time using the flower buds and flowers of Bristlebrush rhododendron as materials. The changes of floral compositions and the sensations to the people were also discussed. The results showed that 23 kinds of compounds were identified from flower buds and flowers of Born Rhododendron, and 6 kinds of compounds were common components. The main buds were olefins, accounting for 53.39% of the total. The anthesis was dominated by terpenoids, accounting for 64.09% of the total. The compound with the highest flower bud stage content was 1-methyl-5-methylene-8 (1-methylethyl) -1,6-cyclodecane-S- (E, E) Reaching 39.76%. The compound with the highest florescence content was olefine, the content (mass fraction) reached 36.21%. Studies have shown that the floral ingredients contained in the cuckoo Rhododendron give people a comfortable feeling, suitable for landscaping applications.
