随着城乡人民对食品、饮料的需求量增加,许多乡镇先后办起了糕点、汽水、汽酒、冰棍等加工制作企业。我们在监督、监测食品卫生中,发现一些不符合国家卫生标准的食品和饮料,与水源的卫生关系很大。因此,把好水源卫生关,控制介水传染病,对于食品、饮料的质量和人民的身体健康,有极其重要意义。
With the increasing demand of urban and rural people for food and beverage, many towns and cities have successively set up processing enterprises such as cakes, soft drinks, sparkling wine and popsicles. In monitoring and monitoring food hygiene, we found that some foods and beverages that do not meet the national health standards have a great bearing on the health of water sources. Therefore, it is of great significance to take a good source of water and control the epidemic of water-borne diseases for the quality of food and beverages and the health of the people.
