应用 RT- PCR法检测庚肝病毒 ( HGV) RNA,并对阳性扩增的产物采用 PCR技术片段直接克隆法测定。结果从 86例输血后丙型肝炎 ( PTH- C)患者血清中检出 HGVRNA阳性者 31例 ( 36.0 % ) ,其中 1例 HGVNS5区部分核苷酸序列与美国原始株 ( u4 4 40 2 )和另 1例日本株 ( d872 55)核苷酸同源性比较分别为 86.0 %和 84 .0 %。证实山东地区 PTH- C患者存在着 HGV感染和 HGV/ HCV混合感染 ,但是否存在不同亚型或 HGVRNA阳性携带者 ,尚有待进一步证实
The hepatic virus (HGV) RNA was detected by RT-PCR and the positive amplified product was determined by PCR cloning method. Results Totally 31 (36.0%) HGV RNA positive were detected in the sera of 86 post-transfusion hepatitis C (PTH-C) patients. One of the HGVNS5 nucleotide sequences was found to be associated with the virulence of the United States (u4 4 40 2) and The nucleotide homology of another Japanese strain (d872 55) was 86.0% and 84.0% respectively. Confirmed the presence of HGV and HGV / HCV co-infection in patients with PTH-C in Shandong Province, but whether there are different subtypes or HGVRNA positive carriers remains to be further confirmed
