中华人民共和国成立三十五周年了。回顾三十五年来我国在地基与基础方面所取得的成就,令人欢欣鼓舞。看到我国地基基础工作者为祖国现代化建设作出的一个个贡献,感到无上光荣。早在五十年代,我国大规模社会主义建设刚刚展开,我们就研究和解决了洛阳拖拉机厂、轴承厂和矿山机械厂的黄土地基处理问题以及富拉尔基重机厂的沉箱施工等重大工程的地基问题,为第一个五年计划重点工程的顺利进行作出了贡献。六十年代德阳重机厂在强地下水流情况下的深基础施工,采用冻结法开挖深基坑,解决了当时国外学者认为是施工上的棘手问题。上海越江工程三
