最近,江苏省通州市人民政府颁发了《通州市乡镇建筑管理实施办法》(以下简称《办法》)。《办法》规定,乡镇建筑管理站与乡镇建设管理办公室合署办公,负责乡镇建筑的管理和监督。 《办法》明确,对个体建筑户一律实行资质审查,凡具有5年以上施工管理经历、常年固定施工人员10人以上,具有一定施工机械设备、工程实绩的建筑个体户,经审核批准后发给《乡镇建筑施工许可证》。各
Recently, the Tongzhou Municipal People’s Government of Jiangsu Province issued the Implementation Measures for Township Building Management in Tongzhou City (hereinafter referred to as the “Measures”). The “Measures” stipulates that the township construction management station and the township construction management office shall be responsible for the joint management of the township building management and supervision. The “Measures” clarified that all construction households shall be subject to qualification examination. All self-employed households with more than 5 years of construction management experience and more than 10 fixed construction workers for a year shall have certain construction machinery and equipment and project achievements.
