今年以来,我国国有企业改革和发展成效较去年同期有较大增长。权威统计数据表明,1—6月,国有及国有控股企业实现利润243.1亿元,而去年1—10月,这一数字仅为246亿元。并且上半年利润比去年同期增长2.8倍。这是否说明国企改革三年脱困毫无问题,理论界和企业界并不如此认为。 从现在经济发展的整体情况和国有企业经济增长的实际情况来看,要实现三年脱困并非易事,困难表现在以下几个方面。
Since the beginning of this year, the effectiveness of the reform and development of state-owned enterprises in our country has grown significantly compared with the same period of last year. Authoritative statistics show that from January to June, state-owned and state-controlled enterprises realized profits of 24.31 billion yuan, compared with only 24.6 billion yuan from January to October of last year. In the first half of the year, profits increased 2.8 times from the same period of last year. Does this mean that SOE reform has no problem in three years and that the theoretical and business communities do not think so. Judging from the overall situation of the current economic development and the actual situation of the state-owned enterprises’ economic growth, it is not easy to achieve three-year relief from difficulties. The difficulties are manifested in the following aspects.
