2010年上海世博会的成功开幕是振奋人心的好消息,然而在这个科技创新的舞台的背后蕴藏着许多法律问题,其中,对世博会进行知识产权保护是向世界展示我国知识产权保护水平的好时机,也是对我国知识产权保护工作的挑战和考验。本文针对世博会标志的知识产权保护问题展开了讨论,初步探讨了保护的意义和必要性,并对如何进行世博标志的法律保护提出了相关见解。
The successful opening of the 2010 Shanghai World Expo is an exciting news. However, there are many legal issues behind this stage of technological innovation. Among them, the protection of intellectual property rights for the Expo is a good opportunity to show the world the level of intellectual property protection in the world. It is also a challenge and test for the protection of intellectual property in our country. This article discusses the protection of intellectual property of the Expo logo, discusses the significance and necessity of protection, and puts forward some suggestions on how to protect the Expo logo.
