研究了不同固溶处理温度对7075铝合金组织、显微硬度和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随着固溶温度的升高,合金组织中未溶相先减少后增多,铝合金的显微硬度、抗拉强度和屈服强度先增大后减小。当固溶温度为460℃时,合金中未溶相数目最少,合金硬度值最大(194.1 HV),抗拉强度和屈服强度达到最大值(709和653 MPa)。当固溶处理温度升高时,合金试样的伸长率先减小后增大;当固溶温度为470℃时,伸长率有最小值(4.9%)。
The effects of different solution treatment temperatures on microstructure, microhardness and mechanical properties of 7075 aluminum alloy were studied. The results show that as the solution temperature increases, the undissolved phase in the alloy decreases first and then increases. The microhardness, tensile strength and yield strength of the aluminum alloy first increase and then decrease. When the solution temperature is 460 ℃, the alloy has the least amount of undissolved phase, the hardness of the alloy is the highest (194.1 HV), and the tensile strength and yield strength reach the maximum (709 and 653 MPa). When the solution treatment temperature increases, the elongation of the alloy sample first decreases and then increases. When the solution temperature is 470 ℃, the elongation is the minimum (4.9%).
