根据《平衡之道——2009中国经理人压力调查》显示:2008年底时中国经理人因身处金融危机笼罩之中,工作压力巨大,心理健康指标下降到近几年的最差水平;在2009年底,中国经理人各心理健康指标均有所上升。但在后金融危机时代,工作压力作为一种经济发展过程中的副产品,并不会随着金融危机渐去而消除。本文试改进员工帮助计划,探讨一种更加符合经理人的压力管理模式,以便能够为企业的高级人才培养、管理工作提供有益的帮助。
According to the “Road to Balance - 2009 China Manager Stress Survey”: By the end of 2008, Chinese managers were in the midst of the financial crisis and were under pressure to meet their mental health goals. In 2009, By the end of the year, all mental health indicators of Chinese managers have risen. However, in the post-financial crisis era, work pressure, as a byproduct of economic development, will not disappear as the financial crisis fits away. This article tries to improve the employee help plan and explore a more stress management model that is in line with the manager, in order to be able to provide useful help for the senior personnel training and management of the enterprise.
